[This last volume is in a large notebook and a different hand than the others; it is written by Tom Arnold's son Francis (1860-1927) who married Anne Reed Wilkinson. They had two children, Tom and Francis, the birth of the latter of whom is mentioned in the diary. This volume was given to Balliol by Tom Arnold's grandson Francis.]
