The Free Press, initially the Sheffield Free Press edited by Issac Ironside, became an organ of D.U. and the Foreign Affairs Committees in 1854. The Free Press changed name to the Diplomatic Review in Vol. IX No. 6 in 1866. C.D.Collet edited the Free Press and Diplomatic Review.
