3 nostris quantum in nobis est dilecto et fideli nostro Philippo de Somervill quod ipse duas carucatas terre et viginto acras prato cum

4 pertinenciis in Mikelbenton’ in Comitatu Northumbr’ et advocacionem ecclesie eiusdem ville que de nobis tenentur in capite ut dicitur

5 dare possit et assignare dilectis nobis in Christo magistro et scolaribus Aule Balliolo Oxoniensis habendum et tenendum eisdem Magistro et Scolaribus et

6 successoribus suis in augmentacionem numeri scolarii ibidem et auxilium sustentacionis eorumdem inperpetuum Et eisdem Magistro et scola

7 ribus quod ipsius predictam terram et pratum cum pertinenciis et advocacionem predictam a prefato Philippo recipere et ecclesiam illam appropriare et eam
