167. A plan, ca 2' x 1 1/2', of the 1st Baronet's Bettyfield property showing improvements lately made by Mr Timothy Bagnall, with a plan and elevation of the house erected by him, 1831. [3C.1]

168. A summary by Edward Conroy describing his estates in Ireland, viz: Bettyfield in the parish if Shankhill, Co Roscommon (which was acquired by John Conroy on a perpeutal lease from the See of Tuam in 1747, the freehold having been obtained by Sir John Conroy in ca 1836) and the nearby estate of Kilclogherna (which was the portion of Ferfeassa Conry's legitimate son.)
